Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Agricultural Drone Association Incorporated (ADA), Incorporated Society number 50186592, registered office C4/27 Smales Road, East Tamaki, Auckland, 2013, New Zealand, in partnership with Aerolab Holdings Limited as prize supplier.

Promotion summary: Sign up as a new paid ADA member at the Drone Zone stand at Fieldays 2026 and go in the draw to win a TopXGun FP700 agricultural spray drone valued at NZ$29,800. This promotion is open to new ADA memberships only. Existing members renewing their membership
are not eligible to enter.

1. Promotion period

Entries open at 9:00am NZST on Wednesday 10 June 2026 and close at 3:00pm NZST on Saturday 13 June 2026. Late entries are not accepted. The conditions of this promotion will not change after entries open.

2. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a New Zealand resident
• Hold a current CAA Part 102 Operator Certificate authorising operation of the prize drone, or commit to obtaining Part 102 certification authorising operation within 6 months of the draw date
• Sign up as a new ADA member at the standard published annual rate of NZ$398, in person at the Drone Zone stand, Mystery Creek, Hamilton, during the promotion period
• Not be an existing ADA member, or a person who has held ADA membership in the previous 12 months

Officers, directors, employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Agricultural Drone Association Incorporated and Aerolab Holdings Limited are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter

One entry is generated automatically for each eligible new paid ADA membership transacted at the Drone Zone stand at Fieldays 2026 during the promotion period. There is no additional cost to enter beyond the standard membership fee. Renewals of existing memberships do not generate an entry.

4. The prize

The prize is one (1) TopXGun FP700 agricultural spray drone. Retail value NZ$29,800 incl GST. Prize includes the drone, standard battery configuration, charger, remote controller, and standard accessories as supplied by Aerolab Holdings Limited

The prize is not transferable to another person and is not redeemable for cash, except as set out in clause 7.

5. Determining the winner

The winner will be determined by random draw. All eligible entries received during the promotion period will be placed into a single draw and one entry will be drawn at random.

The draw will take place within one week of the conclusion of the New Zealand National Fieldays 2026. The draw will be conducted by an independent person or by a verifiable random selection method.

The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Notifying the winner

The winner will be announced live at the Drone Zone stand at the time of the draw. If the winner is not present, the winner will be notified by phone and email within three (3) working days using the contact details provided on their membership application.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to confirm acceptance within fourteen (14) days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will be conducted from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Claiming the prize

To claim the prize, the winner must:

• Hold or obtain a current CAA Part 102 Operator Certificate authorising operation of the prize drone within six (6) months of the draw date
• Provide evidence of certification to the promoter

The winner is responsible for all costs of Part 102 training and certification, and for any operational, insurance, registration, or compliance costs after handover.

If the winner does not satisfy the certification requirement within six (6) months of the draw date, the prize is forfeited. The promoter may then, at its sole discretion, redraw the prize from remaining eligible entries or offer the original winner a cash alternative not exceeding the wholesale value of the drone.

Delivery of the prize within New Zealand will be arranged at the promoter's cost from Aerolab Holdings Limited, 5/517 Mount Wellington Highway, Mount Wellington, Auckland. Any configuration, training, freight upgrades, or accessories beyond the standard kit are at the winner's cost.

8. Tax

The winner is responsible for any tax liability arising from receipt or use of the prize.

9. Use of winner's details

By entering, the winner agrees that the promoter may use their name, photograph, video, and likeness in promotional and marketing material related to this promotion and ADA's ongoing membership communications, without further notice or compensation.

10. Disqualification

The promoter may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, made in bad faith, or in breach of these terms. The promoter's decision on eligibility and disqualification is final.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected for entry will be held by the Agricultural Drone Association Incorporated and used for membership administration, prize notification, and ADA communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required to administer the promotion. ADA's full privacy approach is available on request.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter and Aerolab Holdings Limited exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or cost arising from this promotion or from the use of the prize after handover to the winner. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights an entrant or winner has under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply.

13. Governing law

This promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

14. Compliance

This promotion is conducted as a sales promotion scheme under the Gambling Act 2003 and the Department of Internal Affairs guidance for sales promotions.
